There is nothing wrong with selling products, but I feel this particular instance was done in poor taste. A demo that was originally an inspirational work of art made in good fun has turned out to be an advertisement all along, for a product that has no purpose in life except as a landfill filler. It cheapens your work and makes me as a viewer reluctant to share your future productions with others.

Yes! The original backers made the project possible. Once the design is ready for manufacturing, there will be a new announcement allowing more people to sign up before the limited edition batch is made.
